Saturday’s yoga class at Heart of Wellness has a new date and time! We will now be meeting on Wednesday nights at 7p. You can register for class on the yoga information page or drop in at 205 Clark Pl SE.
On Saturday, November 10th, we are hosting an open house at True Self Yoga to celebrate the new Wellness Center I am a part of. Join us from 6p to 8:30p for an evening of music, food, drinks, and introductions to all of our talented practitioners.

I’m thrilled to share my collaboration with Heart of Wellness located at 205 Clark PL SE in Tumwater. Beginning June 23rd, I will be offering yoga classes every Saturday from 10:30a to 11:30a in the Heart Room. The classes will be a gentle flow style, which is appropriate for all levels. Accommodations and modifications can be made for people with injuries or limitations. Props and mats are available for use if needed, but I encourage you to bring your own.

This April, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher and am now offering private yoga lessons! This is a great oppurtunity to add an incredibly beneficial practice to your self-care routine. Yoga is a wonderful way to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, and increase the lasting power of your massages. Whether you're an experienced yogi or someone who's never tried yoga before, private lessons are a great way to deepen your knowledge of the yoga practice, help with form or tricky poses, or even design a yoga routine specific to your body. Private yoga lessons are $100 per hour. If you schedule a yoga lesson followed by a 60 minute massage, you can save $20.
In a following email, you will also receive information on full yoga classes.
As of July 1st the following price changes will take effect for new clients only*:
30 min massages: $50
60min massages: $75
75 min massages: $85
90 min massages: $100
120 min massages: $140
*These changes will go into effect for clients established before July 1st on January 1st, 2019.
For all clients: The benefits of massage are cumulative, and I like to reward consistent self-care. But, the three massage package will be discontinued beginning July 1st. It will be replaced with a loyalty program that allows a $15 discount on each service if the client maintains a 4 to 6 week consecutive appointment recurrence. If an appointment is unable to be kept within that time frame the discount can be reapplied on the next consecutive appointment within the 4 to 6 week time.
You are welcome to purchase as many massage packages as you would like until July 1st. There is a possibility that the package with be brought back seasonally.
